1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rhendi Rentals website and booking a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Window & Pricing
Each reservation is a flat-rate rental for a standard 2–3 day window. The rental window, number of frames, and applicable pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. Frames must be picked up and returned during the agreed window unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
3. Deposits & Payments
A 50% refundable security deposit is held to confirm a reservation and is returned when frames are returned clean and on time. The full rental fee is payable in advance by 7:30 AM on the day of pickup.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are outlined on our pricing and policies page and confirmed at the time of booking. Please review them before confirming your reservation.
5. Care of Rental Items
Rented frames should be handled with reasonable care. We ask that frames be returned clean and free of damage beyond normal wear. Any damage to the frames is the renter's responsibility and may result in a repair or replacement charge.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rhendi Rentals and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rhendi Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or the rental services.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
